MultiBlog Documentation

As many of you have so kindly pointed out to me, the documentation for MultiBlog is currently unavailable. Mainly, this is due to the load the wiki software was placing on my server (along with MT itself at times) during a rash of what I am assuming were spam attacks in the recent weeks. I am working on migrating the documentation (which is sorely in need of updating for 2.0 anyways) to static pages, but life as always has gotten the best of me and I have not gotten as far on that particular task as I expected to be at this point in time.

For the time being, Jason has put up some quickie installation instructions for the current release branch of the plugin which should be enough to help people get started while I work on the updated documentation. I will be posting the location of the partial docs later this evening when I get something up there.

Thanks for your patience. MultiBlog 2.0 will be well worth the wait, I promise.
