MT and FastCGI (and Postgres)

Brad put together some instructions for getting Movable Type up and running as a FastCGI application under lighttpd. Unfortunately, it only works for me for a little while. It would appear that, on my site, the database connection is being closed after some amount of time has been passed (which would explain the problems some folks have had leaving comments here, among other things). I imagine there is some kind of connection timeout involved, but in the limited amount of time I have had to look into this I have not been able to turn anything up in the Postgres docs.

Anybody have any ideas/suggestions?

David, see this page for timeout tweaking of FastCGI + MT.
