ParentCategoryRebuild 1.1

Just a quick update to the ParentCategoryRebuild plugin. This new version fixes the bug that caused archives to be rebuilt even if the entry being saved was not published, and removes the condition that was causing the error message if the entry had no categories selected for it.

Download one of the following files, unpack it, and place parent_rebuild.pl in the plugins/ directory.

I can't get this plugin to trigger any action. MT 3.16, with dynamic publishing of individual entries off or on, nothing. Entries show up in the subcat archive, but never in their parents'. Any guidance?

I saw this on

http://www.sixapart.com/pronet/plugins/plugin/parentcategoryr.html

after noting that my parent categories don't update (to be honest, I'm not THAT bothered, so I haven't raced to test!)

But just thought you may want to know that the link from sixapart is bust. I got here via google.

BugRep:

Using MT3.2, and 1.1 of parentcatsrebuild:

Activity log:
ParentCategoryRebuild died with: Can't locate object method "_rebuild_entry_archive_type" via package "MT::App::CMS" at /home/**obscured**/public_html/movabletype/plugins/parent_rebuild.pl line 27.

The plugin has been working (up to MT3.17). I haven't messed with it!
