It is 2am and I have been coding, tweeking, and debuging SubCategories for the last few hours. Unless I have any more feature ideas over the next day, or find any bugs, SubCategories Version 1.0 will be released tomorrow evening (East Coast Time).
I hope everybody appreciates the enormous amount of work I have put into making this release as robust and useful as possible.

I might be missing something(I'm poring over the wiki documentation right now), but I can't seem to find a way to specify where in the category structure to start. For example, I've got top-level categories of AAA and BBB, then others below them. I want to do a list of *only* AAA and its children but the plugin seems to want to output the entire structure all the time. Is there an attribute to one of the tags that lets me do this?
The plugin rocks, BTW. It's making my life much, much easier for a project I'm working on.
Well, SubCategories really is not the place for that, but I will be releasing another plugin shortly (similar to the Entry plugin) which should allow you to do exactly what you want to do (i.e. specify a particular category).
