The "Author" link on the MTOtherBlog plugin page at mt-plugins.org links to "http://rayners.org/". Clicking on that link displays:
"If you can see this, it means that the installation of the Apache web server software on this system was successful. You may now add content to this directory and replace this page."
Putting "http://www.rayners.org/" in my browser's address bar instead seems to work correctly and brings up the main weblog page.
